Mary Hare School for Deaf Children

Senior Wardens Reception – raises £300 for the Charitable Trust

Barbara Harding the Senior Warden was delighted with attendance at her Senior Wardens reception, which was held at the Museum of Mechanical Music in Brentford on 3rd March 2017. Lightmongers Innovation Prize Winners at Mary Hare School

Tom Jackson was the winner of the 1st Prize of the Lightmongers’ Innovation Prize at Mary Hare. He won with this LED decorative table light which he designed on a CAD-CAM and completed himself.     Andre Preston the runner-up also designed and made this solely himself. Carol Service December 2016

GDP due to lighting ‘must fall to tackle climate change’

The economic activity generated by the lighting industry will have to fall significantly if we are at address climate change, a veteran environmentalist has declared.
